With Virtual Electrician, you can use current technology to have an electrician “in your hand” to guide you through many small electrical repairs that homeowners can often complete on their own. No more running back and forth to watch a DIY video or leafing through a self-help manual, only to find out that these often do not address your actual problem. With the ease of video chat technology, we are with you “live” to see your electrical issue and walk you through the repair/installation process.

- Schedule the video chat appointment to work on the issue
- E-Sign the waiver at the bottom of the schedule form
- Purchase the tool-kit (if necessary) here
- Please allow 2-3 business days for shipping if purchasing tools from us
On the date of your appointment:
- Look for an email with a zoom link and begin working the issue with your Virtual Electrician
Upon the resolution of your electrical issue, the rate of $1.50 per minute for the time used will be charged to your entered method of payment.
If the electrical issue is more complex and could not be solved via video chat, there will be no charge for the minutes used (providing a service call is scheduled through Three Diamond Electric) and our service call fee will be waived. Standard hourly rates will apply with a one-hour minimum.
